    Prepare for our call
    Please take a moment to browse our collections so you can get a sense of which one best aligns with your wedding aesthetic. This will help guide our conversation and ensure we make the most of our call.

    Consultation call
    Elsa will walk you through our offerings, help identify which of our products and services are the best fit for your wedding, and answer any questions you might have.

    Proposal
    After the call, you’ll receive a custom proposal.

    NOTE: Most clients want the continuity of the look and feel for their day of paper too! You can secure your spot on our calendar with a $500 retainer.

    *We recommend you book with us at least six months prior to your wedding

  • Onboarding
    Once you are booked, a stylist will reach out and provide you with an onboarding video guiding you through making your design selections, what you can expect throughout the process and introducing you to your client portal.

    Client Portal
    Your client portal will house all your address template, forms, invoices, proofs, and helpful guides.

    Personalize
    Choose between envelope colors, graphic design layouts, fonts, and venue sketches. If you are having trouble deciding, feel free to send us your moodboard and your stylist can make recommendations. Should you need something a little more custom (such as illustrations, graphic design or color options) this may be possible depending on our availability (additional fees would apply).

    Proofs
    Our services include one round of revisions plus a final proof. You can request additional proofs anytime in the process for an additional fee.

  • Guest addresses
    Once your design is approved, the only remaining thing we’ll need from you is your guest addresses. For your convenience, we will provide you with a helpful formatting and etiquette guide.

    Final delivery
    8-12 weeks prior to your wedding

    It is highly recommended you enlist our services with assembly and mailing which are offered as an additional fee. Should you choose to do the assembly yourself, we will ship everything to you via UPS and provide you with an assembly tutorial video.
